I feel so lucky to have grown my studio to where it is today, and I have a personal connection with each team member. I love the little community we have built. Company culture is incredibly important to me - I truly believe people do their best creative work when they are enjoying themselves, and are given honest feedback and guidance paired with room to experiment and present their own ideas.
